Results from Fraughen Rock Glen came through this week and confirmed that Graham Bush had nicked himself a top-10 place whilst winning the M55 category.

HOWTH SUMMER
An unusually small field took to the start at Howth (99) runners – perhaps a good few had their eyes on saving their legs for the relay? Not so for Alan Kennedy, Angus Tyner and James Heggie who all ran and are doing the relay on Saturday. Paul Duffy is not available unfortunately and going by this performance he will be missed as he took 8th spot and was 2nd M40 in his second IMRA race of the season (after his 13th at Brockagh Burst).
Alan Kennedy – ready to captain the Wicklow Wolf RC – won the M55 category ahead of Angus Tyner who may have ben feeling the gruelling Tuesday evening pre-relay sharpener!
