WATERFORD HALF-MARATHON
Three from our club ventured down to the fast half-marathon in Waterford. Marcus Murphy and Gavin Kennedy were both in their post-Dublin phase but that didn’t stop Marcus running his second fastest half-marathon to date and Gavin smashing the 90 minute barrier first. Donall Flanagan also notched himself a PB.

AVONDALE PARKRUN
Meanwhile Angus Tyner took 2nd overall and first man in the Avondale in his 10th ParkRun of 2023. Angus is now only 2 races behind James Heggie and 1 ahead of Alan Kennedy in the race for ‘Most Prolific’ racer of the season with his 23 races to date.
