Some belated weekend results: our runners were not only in action in TWO half-marathons (Den Haag and Wicklow Way) but in THREE with a triplet of our members completing the Bohermeen Half.
BOHERMEEN HALF
Graham Kearn secured a massive PB going from 1:49:03 to 1:37:17 with Nora Butler also improving her time from 1:46 to 1:43 and Donall Flanagan also secured PB with 1:44:49.
